Ingredients:
- 2 sirloin steaks 1 inch thick
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions:
On both sides of the steaks, rub garlic mince, olive oil, salt, and pepper together
At room temperature, let the steaks sit for at least 30 minutes while the sauce is made
Set a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to get it hot
Put the steaks on the grill once its hot and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until theyre done the way you like them
Add a sprig of rosemary and a tablespoon of butter to the top of each steak in the last minute of cooking
This will let the butter melt and flavor the steak
Before you serve the steaks, take them off the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes
Cut it across the grain and serve it hot
