Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 oz chicken chorizo, sliced
- 8 cups chicken broth

- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add chicken chorizo slices, cook until browned
