Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F
After following the directions on the package, prepare the brownie mix and transfer it into a 9-inch springform pan that has been greased
After preparing the chocolate chip cookie dough per the directions on the package, evenly press it onto the brownie layer in the pan
Beat the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar together in a sizable mixing bowl until smooth
One egg at a time, adding and beating thoroughly after each addition
Cover the layer of cookie dough with the cream cheese mixture
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the top is just beginning to brown, in a preheated oven
After allowing the cheesecake to cool fully in the pan, chill it in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight
Combine the heavy cream and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a bowl that is safe to be microwaved
Microwave, stirring, in 30-second increments until smooth
Allow it to cool a little
Evenly cover the chilled cheesecake with the chocolate ganache
To make a chocolate drizzle, combine the melted butter, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a small bowl
Pour it over the ganache made of chocolate
