Easy Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined

Fold in the mini marshmallows and semisweet chocolate chips

Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and the marshmallows start to turn golden brown
