Ingredients:
- 500g potato gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Cook the potato gnocchi according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a gentle simmer
Add grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens slightly
Season the alfredo sauce with salt and pepper to taste
Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, gently toss to coat with the alfredo sauce
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the gnocchi is heated through and the sauce coats the gnocchi evenly
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired
Serve immediately and enjoy
